Medical and aesthetic services
Two sides of one practice: the primary care that keeps you healthy, and the aesthetic and wellness treatments that help you feel like yourself. Same provider, same chart, same building.
Primary care and wellness
Conditions that need ongoing management, monitoring and a provider who knows your baseline.
Primary Care
Annual physicals, sick visits, in-office labs and long-term management of diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, thyroid disease, asthma and COPD.
Learn moreSemaglutide Weight Loss
Supervised GLP-1 therapy with baseline bloodwork, individual dose titration, in-person follow-up and nutrition guidance — not a mail-order subscription.
Learn moreTestosterone Therapy
Evaluation of low testosterone confirmed by two morning serum draws, with fertility implications discussed openly and haematocrit and PSA monitored on schedule.
Learn moreInjectables and regenerative treatments
Elective treatments, delivered with the same medical rigour as everything else in the practice — full history, honest expectations, conservative dosing.
Botox
Frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, bunny lines and brow lift. Results in three to fourteen days, lasting three to four months.
Learn moreDermal Fillers
Reversible hyaluronic acid filler for cheeks, lips, tear troughs, nasolabial folds and jawline. Immediate results lasting six to eighteen months.
Learn morePRP Facial Rejuvenation
Your own platelet-rich plasma delivered by microneedling to stimulate collagen and improve texture, tone, pores and shallow scarring.
Learn morePRP for Hair Loss
Non-surgical treatment for thinning hair and early pattern baldness, preceded by bloodwork to rule out thyroid, iron and vitamin D causes.
Learn moreSclerotherapy
Injection treatment for leg spider veins and small varicose veins. No anesthesia, no incisions, and you walk out and carry on with your day.
Learn moreHyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
A true 2.0 ATA hard-shell chamber, not a 1.3 ATA wellness pod. Sixty-minute sessions at $175, with a medical evaluation before your first.
Learn moreClinical Research
Through FHS Research LLC, Phase II–IV trials across endocrinology, dermatology, rheumatology, neurology, gastroenterology and women's health.
Learn moreWhy both sides of the practice sit together
Most aesthetic clinics do not have your medical record. Most primary care offices do not offer injectables. Splitting the two means the person injecting your face has no idea what medications you take, and the person managing your diabetes never hears that you have started a GLP-1 from somewhere else.
Here, one provider sees both. That matters more often than you would expect: a patient asking about PRP for hair loss turns out to have an untreated thyroid problem. A patient starting semaglutide is already on a medication that needs adjusting. A patient wanting filler is on a blood thinner nobody asked about.
It also just makes life simpler — one appointment, one set of paperwork, one place to call.
