Information this website collects

Information you give us

Appointments are booked through Square Appointments, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, the details you enter — name, contact details, the service selected and any note you add — are collected and stored by Square on our behalf, and handled under Square's privacy policy as well as this one. We use them solely to arrange and deliver your appointment.

If you email or call us instead, we receive whatever you choose to share in that message or conversation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and referring page.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors find useful. It records pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It uses cookies to recognise repeat visits. We have deliberately disabled Google Signals and ad personalisation, which means your activity on this site is not linked to your signed-in Google account and is not used to build advertising profiles.

We do not use this data to identify individual patients, and we do not sell personal information. If you prefer not to be measured at all, you can install Google's official opt-out browser add-on or use your browser's tracking-protection settings.

Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, embeds a Google Maps frame on the contact page, runs Google Analytics 4, and links out to Square Appointments for online booking. When those resources load, your browser contacts Google's servers, and Google may receive your IP address in accordance with its own privacy policy. Form submissions are transmitted through a third-party form provider to reach our inbox.

Please do not send medical information through this website

Email to our general inbox, and any free-text note you add when booking, are not secure channels for protected health information. Do not use them to send symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists, test results, images of a medical condition, insurance identifiers or anything similar. Share only what is needed to arrange the visit, and we will discuss clinical matters by phone or in person.

How long we keep website enquiries

Appointment requests are retained only as long as needed to respond and, where you become a patient, to document the origin of the contact. If you would like an enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through this website by emailing info@floridahealthcaresolutions.net. Requests relating to your medical record are handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices rather than this policy.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it.
